What is a Monthly Active Payee (MAP)?
Monthly Active Payees (MAPs) are the total number of individuals paid in a month. MAPs are counted per month, not per payment, which means they can receive any number of payments in that month at no extra cost.
My business onboards a large number of contractors, but only a fraction of them get staffed. Do you charge for every contractor we onboard?
No. Wingspan only charges for MAPs that exceed the allotted number for each plan. Additional MAPs incur an additional charge based on the plan type.
How often can I send payments in Wingspan?
Daily, weekly, bi-monthly - with Wingspan you choose the payment schedule that works for your business, at no extra cost. We only charge once per MAP, unlike other systems to ramp up cost based on the number of payments.
I have my own background check service that I trust. Can I keep using it?
