Wingspan Pricing Policy

1. Objective

This Pricing Policy outlines the framework that Wingspan must adhere to in order to maintain compliance with the pricing strategy applicable to all customer activities on the Wingspan platform. This policy promotes transparency and ensures consistency in customer interactions regarding pricing.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All customer activity conducted through the Wingspan platform.
  • Any services provided by third party vendors that are integrated into the Wingspan platform.
  • All employees, contractors, or partners of Wingspan involved in pricing, customer communications, and invoicing for Wingspan services and any third party services that are surfaced via the Wingspan platform.

3. Pricing Strategy Compliance

Wingspan and its partners must ensure that all pricing structures, fees, and other financial charges associated with Wingspan's services and any third party services sold on the Wingspan platform are compliant with the following:

  • Platform and usage fees: Fees associated with use of the Wingspan platform and per-user charges must be disclosed to corporate customers in a mutually signed order form
  • Transaction Fees: Any fees associated with end-worker transactions (such as Instant Payout Fees, FX fees, etc.) must adhere to Wingspan's Terms of Service and must be presented to end-workers on the platform for visibility.
  • Value Add Services Fees: Additional fees for services provided, must be pre-approved and clearly communicated to customers.

4. Transparency & Disclosure

  • All fees, charges, and pricing details must be clearly presented to corporate customers and end-workers prior to any transaction, ensuring that customers and end-workers fully understand the costs involved.
  • Any amendments to pricing structures must be promptly updated in customer-facing materials and agreements.

5. Auditing & Reporting

Wingspan will maintain comprehensive records of all transactions, customer activity, and fees associated with its services and any related third party services offered via the Wingspan platform. The following measures will be implemented:

  • Regular audits of transactions will be conducted to ensure adherence to this Pricing Policy, including monthly review by the finance and accounting functions.
  • Reports detailing pricing and transactions must be submitted to third party services as required at agreed intervals to facilitate compliance checks.

6. Compliance with Regulations

Wingspan and its partners must comply with applicable local, national, and international regulations regarding pricing, foreign exchange services, and financial transactions. The pricing strategy should reflect adherence to these regulations.

7. Breach of Policy

Any violations of this Pricing Policy will be treated as a breach of Wingspan’s Terms of Service and may result in the following actions:

  • Third party vendors reserve the right to take corrective measures, which may include restricting access to services or imposing penalties if Wingspan is not able to cure a breach within 3 months.
  • Wingspan will be liable for compensating customers affected by pricing discrepancies arising from non-compliance.

8. Policy Review and Updates

This Pricing Policy will be reviewed periodically to reflect any changes in Wingspan’s pricing strategy or in the regulatory environment. Wingspan is responsible for ensuring compliance with updated versions of this Policy, and all stakeholders will be notified of changes through appropriate communication channels.
